Feel good blogging challenge day 4!

Hello everyone. I cant believe its day 4 already..... (its not really) I have skipped day 3 (for now) I am away at the moment and I'm unable to do a step by step tutorial. I do have an idea in mind of what I want to do but I need to be home in order to do it. SOOO day 3 will be up in a few days.... until then here is day 4, I hope you enjoy. I found it really hard to think of facts about myself.... i don't know why, I just find it hard to talk about myself, anyone else feel that way? I guess that's why this is called a "challenge".

10 things people most likely don't know about me:

1.       I’m a bargain hunter, if I see 10%, 20% or 50% off I'm so there. If I see something I really want to buy ill search at other stores including online to see where I can get it cheapest.

2.       I suffer from chronic fatigue- basically, I'm always tired, I feel lethargic all the time but when I try to sleep I can’t switch my mind off. It took five or so years before I found meditation, every night I lay in bed, listen to the sound of rain and thunder on my iPod and mediate myself to sleep. If you have trouble sleeping I highly recommend doing this. This is the only way I can get those few hours of sleep my body needs to recharge. It has worked wonders for my life.

3.       I love to write stories. When I was in year nine I got 100% on a story I wrote about the movie holes. It was the first time I had ever got 100%. I was so proud of myself and for the first time in my life i thought i was actually good at something.

4.       Ambitious, dreamer, doer, driven, determined, strong-minded, strong-willed: all these a great words to explain me.

5.       My daughter is my absolute world, my best friend, my motivation and my driving force to make me want to succeed.

6.       The first thing I notice about people is there feet/shoes. Number 6.5- I’m weird.

7.       I love the feeling of getting a tattoo, I honestly don’t think it hurts at all, it’s actually kind of…..relaxing.

8.       If I could have any super power I would want to have the power to heel not only if someone was injured or dying but in sickness as well and once I have heeled them they then would have the power too.

9.       When I was ten I wanted to be a spy kid, I wanted to spy on people…… 9.5- I was that weird kid at school.

10.   I want to one day travel around Australia in a kombi van.

  1. Fun list! And I'm so going to try your tip for getting to sleep! I too have a hard time falling asleep because I can't shut my brain off..SO frustrating! I'm also a bargain shopper :)...rarely do I play full price for something and love the challenge of searching for the cheapest price online! Great post! :)

  2. YES! I have always wanted a Kombi too, but did some research and heard the engines weren't that fantastic for long road trips. A friend and I actually planned a trip while we were in high school, but it never happened.

Do you journal at all? Freehand into an actual book? You might find turning off technology 30 - 60 minutes before bed and free writing helpful?! Especially if you love writing stories! Or have you tried that already?

  5. I know a few people with kombis. If you want to travel around Australia in one, make sure you have someone aboard who knows their way around an engine ;)

I hope I feel the same way about tattoos. I've only got one tiny one that my brother gave me (he bought a tattoo gun off ebay... >_>) but I would like to get some work done. Properly this time. Nice post :)
